Detection is only worth having if it fires early and the sounder is audible from wherever people actually are. We survey the building room by room, choose detector types that suit each space instead of blanketing it in smoke heads, and commission every device before signing it off.

Plenty of systems in Rawalpindi are dead six months after handover — a hard drive that filled up, a detector nobody tested, an exchange whose programming left with the last engineer. We keep the drawings, the passwords and the configuration for every site we build, and we answer the phone when one of them misbehaves. That applies to systems we did not install too.

Usually, yes. Panasonic hybrid exchanges expand with cards and handsets, and we hold refurbished units and telephone sets for exactly this — it is normally faster and far cheaper than a new system. We will only recommend replacing an exchange when the card or handset you need no longer exists.
That is a weekly call for us. We take over CCTV recorders, exchanges, door controllers and gate operators installed by other companies — reset the credentials where we legitimately can with the owner’s authority, document the configuration, and hand the details back to you so you are never locked out again.
Yes — phone access and playback are set up before we leave site, and we walk you through finding a clip and exporting it, because that is the part people struggle with at the worst possible moment. Desktop access is configured too if you want it.
Because two buildings with the same camera count can differ by a wide margin once cable routes, wall types and working hours are counted. Tell us the building over the phone or through the form below; for anything larger than a small job we survey first, then quote in writing — and that figure is the one we work to.
Not always, and we will say so. An AMC pays for itself where downtime hurts — fire alarm systems, multi-door access control, sites with dozens of cameras — because it fixes response times and schedules the testing. For a four-camera house, a call-out when something breaks is usually the cheaper arrangement.
