6th Road sits close enough to both cities that a survey or a fault call rarely turns into half a day of travelling — which matters far more than a coverage map, because response time is what you are actually buying. Work further out in Pakistan is taken on by arrangement, and we will say plainly when the distance makes us the wrong choice.

Do you charge for a site survey?
Tell us the property type and what you need and we will confirm how the survey works for your job before anything is booked. For anything beyond a small job we survey before quoting, because a price given without seeing the building is a guess.
How quickly can you attend a fault?
Response depends on the day's schedule and whether you hold an annual maintenance agreement, since AMC customers have agreed response terms. Call us with the fault and the location and we will tell you realistically when we can attend.
Do you work outside Islamabad and Rawalpindi?
Yes, by arrangement. Travel and scheduling are agreed in advance and reflected in the quotation.
Can you take over a system installed by another company?
Yes. We repair, reprogram, extend and maintain existing CCTV, PABX, intercom, access-control and gate systems whoever installed them, including cases where the original passwords or documentation were never handed over.
