Alongside the systems we install, we supply equipment against a specification or a tender list. That means quoting what was actually asked for, sourcing it from suppliers we already deal with, and delivering on a date somebody can plan around. Where a specified item is obsolete or a poor fit, we say so and quote the alternative rather than substituting quietly.

What affects the quotation
We do not publish prices, because the same job varies widely between sites. A written quotation follows a survey, and these are the factors that move the figure.
- Distance — every metre between a device and the equipment position is cable, labour and a routing decision.
- What the walls are made of, and whether we surface-mount, reuse conduit or cut into a finished building.
- How much spare capacity you want designed in — leaving room now costs far less than a second visit later.
- What can honestly be reused: cable, power, brackets, a serviceable recorder or panel.
- Working conditions — height access, live premises, or evening work so trade is not disrupted.

Do you supply against tender documents?
Yes. Send the tender or specification and we quote item by item against it, stating make and model so the quotation can be compared directly with others.
Can you supply items you do not install?
Yes. General order supply covers IT and office equipment, electrical items, networking products and technical accessories whether or not we are carrying out the installation.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the item. Commonly stocked equipment is usually quick; specialised or imported items take longer. We confirm the lead time before the order is placed rather than after.
What happens if a specified item is unavailable?
We come back to you with the position and quote the nearest suitable alternative for your approval. We do not substitute an item without telling you.
Is warranty handled through you?
Yes, for equipment supplied by us. Warranty terms depend on the manufacturer and are stated in the quotation.
