Procurement and supply
Alongside the systems we install, we supply equipment against a specification or a tender list. That means quoting what was actually asked for, sourcing it from suppliers we already deal with, and delivering on a date somebody can plan around. Where a specified item is obsolete or a poor fit, we say so and quote the alternative rather than substituting quietly.
Desktop computers, laptops and monitors for offices, institutions and departmental requirements.
Printers, scanners, keyboards, mice and the consumables and accessories that go with them.
Uninterruptible power supplies, batteries, extension and power accessories for equipment that must not lose power.
Switches, routers, access points, patch panels, patch cords, cable and connectors.
Cameras, recorders, access control hardware, attendance devices and the accessories that complete an installation.
Exchanges, handsets, IP telephones and extension hardware.
Electrical accessories, fittings and consumables supplied alongside a technical order.
Tools, cabling, mounting hardware, connectors and the small items an order usually also needs.
You send the specification, tender document or list of items. We clarify anything ambiguous before quoting rather than after.
A written quotation, item by item, with make and model stated so you can compare like with like.
Items sourced through established suppliers, with availability and lead time confirmed before the order is placed.
Delivered to the site or office against the order, with documentation for your records.
Warranty and support handled through us for the equipment we have supplied.
We do not publish prices, because the same job varies widely between sites. A written quotation follows a survey, and these are the factors that move the figure.

Yes. Send the tender or specification and we quote item by item against it, stating make and model so the quotation can be compared directly with others.
Yes. General order supply covers IT and office equipment, electrical items, networking products and technical accessories whether or not we are carrying out the installation.
It depends on the item. Commonly stocked equipment is usually quick; specialised or imported items take longer. We confirm the lead time before the order is placed rather than after.
We come back to you with the position and quote the nearest suitable alternative for your approval. We do not substitute an item without telling you.
Yes, for equipment supplied by us. Warranty terms depend on the manufacturer and are stated in the quotation.
Cameras, door controllers, attendance terminals and IP phones all end up on the same cabling, which is why a network installed carelessly turns every later fault into guesswork.
A camera is only worth its price if it is looking at something that matters, in light it can actually handle, recording to a disk with room left on it.
An office exchange earns its keep in small ways: a call reaching the right desk, one number shared across a department, staff dialling two digits instead of a mobile.
