Who we are
A shop on 6th Road, and the systems we look after
Techno Zone works out of Office 5B, 1st Floor, Royal Plaza, 6th Road, Rawalpindi, Pakistan, fitting and maintaining the technical layer of buildings across the twin cities: cameras and recorders, telephone exchanges, door entry and access control, attendance terminals, structured cabling, gate operators and fire detection. Because we carry all of it, nobody gets to blame another trade when something misbehaves — the survey, the cable, the configuration and the call-out are all ours.
What we do
One contractor across the systems that normally have to work together, so you are not co-ordinating four trades who each blame the others.
PABX telephone systems
Panasonic hybrid exchanges supplied, installed, programmed, extended and repaired, with new and used equipment available.
Access control
Electric and magnetic locks, fingerprint and card readers, exit buttons, controllers and management software.
Biometric attendance
Fingerprint, face and card terminals installed and configured, with reporting set up to match how you pay staff.
Video intercom
Villa and apartment-building door entry with indoor monitors, outdoor stations and remote door release.
Networking and cabling
Data cabling, fiber, PoE switching, racks and Wi-Fi coverage, built to be extended and diagnosed later.
Gate automation
Sliding and swing gate operators with remotes, keypads, safety photocells and manual release.
Fire alarm systems
Conventional and addressable panels, smoke and heat detectors, call points, sounders and emergency lighting.
How we approach an installation
- Survey before quoting. Beyond a small job we look at the building first. Cable routes, power and mounting positions decide the price far more than the equipment list does.
- Specify for the site, not the invoice. A camera only earns its place if it has a clear job. We would rather fit fewer devices in the right positions than more in the wrong ones.
- Cable so the next person can follow it. Labelled runs and tidy racks cost a little more on the day and save considerably on every fault call afterwards.
- Test what was installed. Recording, playback, export, remote access, users and permissions are all checked before handover, not assumed.
- Explain it before we leave. A system nobody knows how to use is not finished. We walk you through daily use and what to check when something looks wrong.
Maintenance and support
We repair, reprogram, extend and maintain existing CCTV, PABX, intercom, access-control and gate systems regardless of who installed them. Annual maintenance contracts covering scheduled service visits and fault call-outs are available for the systems we look after; coverage and response times are set out in the individual agreement.
New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty as supplied. Used and refurbished equipment is supplied on the terms stated in its quotation. Full detail is in our terms and conditions.
